OHLAP or Oklahoma's Promise is a program that gives FREE tuition to in-state colleges. To qualify, students must be in the 8th, 9th or 10th grades, take certain classes, refrain from drugs or alcohol, maintain a 2.5 GPA, have good attendance, and parents make no more than $50,000.
